Questions before we work together

How setup, day-to-day management and maintenance work

Can I use it without computer skills?
Yes. We handle all of the setup. To make a change later, simply send an instruction to the AI System Administrator on WhatsApp. The System Administrator confirms with you first and acts only once you reply. Every settings change made through the AI System Administrator can be rolled back to the previous version. Messages already sent can't be recalled.
What if a wrong message is sent to a customer?
Sent messages cannot be recalled, so during the trial you confirm outgoing content first. If our configuration is at fault, we fix it at no extra charge while monthly maintenance is active.
What happens if something goes wrong?
We correct any error on our part free of charge throughout your monthly service. If updates to external software such as WhatsApp or Gmail affect your workflows, we will follow up and correct them as well.
Could our WhatsApp number be restricted?
We use the official WhatsApp API and configure it according to Meta’s rules. The number is in your company’s name. We flag content that risks breaching the rules, but Meta makes the final decision, so we cannot promise the number will never be restricted.
Do I need to replace my existing systems?
No. We connect the tools you already use, such as Gmail, Excel or Google Sheets, WhatsApp and Shopify.
How long before I can start using it?
Basic workflows are usually ready for trial in about 1 week and go live after a 7 to 14 day trial, about 2 to 3 weeks in total. Advanced workflows (including menu-based customer service) take about 3 to 4 weeks. WhatsApp projects also need time for Meta (the company behind WhatsApp) to review your company details.
Is there a contract term for the monthly fee?
No. The monthly fee starts on the go-live date and there is no minimum contract term. To terminate, simply give 30 days' written notice.
Who owns the accounts and data?
Your workflows and data are held in accounts in your company's name. Should our engagement end, they remain entirely with you.
