For larger changes, such as adding a service, we provide a written quote first and begin only once you agree.

  • No monthly fee during the trialThe monthly fee starts on the go-live date and is paid monthly in advance.
  • No minimum contract termTo cancel, give 30 days’ written notice. Pay annually for the price of 10 months.
  • Platform fees paid directly to the providersThe n8n platform fee and WhatsApp message fees are paid directly to n8n and Meta in your company's name, and we add no mark-up.

Frequently asked questions

Is the AI System Administrator charged separately?
No. The monthly fee for every tier includes the AI System Administrator.
Can I make changes outside office hours?
Yes. The AI System Administrator is online 24 hours a day, and changes take effect as soon as you confirm.
Can a mistaken change be undone?
Yes. Every settings change made through the AI System Administrator is fully recorded and can be rolled back to the previous version. Messages already sent can't be recalled.
Can my staff use it?
Yes. You decide which colleagues can change which settings, and only you can change those permissions.
What if a change cannot be handled automatically?
We will take care of it. Small changes are covered by 1 hour included each month; for larger changes, we provide a written quote first.
