The n8n platform monthly fee and the WhatsApp message fees for your company number are paid directly to n8n and Meta in your company's name. We charge no mark-up.

The entry plan costs about €24 a month, starting when you activate the paid plan. Register the account in your company’s name; we handle setup and daily operation for you.
WhatsApp messages
First 1,000 free each month
From October 2026, the first 1,000 service messages each month on your company number are free, after which Meta's local rates apply. Notifications you send proactively are charged at Meta's template message rates.
The providers' prices at the time apply. Your written quote will include an estimate based on your usage.

Yes. We handle all of the setup. To make a change later, simply send an instruction to the AI System Administrator on WhatsApp. The System Administrator confirms with you first and acts only once you reply. Every settings change made through the AI System Administrator can be rolled back to the previous version. Messages already sent can't be recalled.
Do I need to replace my existing systems?
No. We connect the tools you already use, such as Gmail, Excel or Google Sheets, WhatsApp and Shopify.
How long before I can start using it?
Basic workflows are usually ready for trial in about 1 week and go live after a 7 to 14 day trial, about 2 to 3 weeks in total. Advanced workflows (including menu-based customer service) take about 3 to 4 weeks. WhatsApp projects also need time for Meta (the company behind WhatsApp) to review your company details.
What happens if something goes wrong?
We correct any error on our part free of charge throughout your monthly service. If updates to external software such as WhatsApp or Gmail affect your workflows, we will follow up and correct them as well.
Is there a contract term for the monthly fee?
No. The monthly fee starts on the go-live date and there is no minimum contract term. To terminate, simply give 30 days' written notice.
Who owns the accounts and data?
Your workflows and data are held in accounts in your company's name. Should our engagement end, they remain entirely with you.
